1.	[Bookbinder's Ticket for Hector Bossang and Denis-Benjamin Papineau]	An ovular ticket, black ink on green paper within a border.

2.	[Bookplate by Colonist Lithography]	In black ink on cream paper. The top center contains the coat of arms, flanked by elaborate leafy scrollwork. In the center is text in multiple bold fonts identifying the book number and library number (with gray rectangles where these numbers were handwritten). The bottom third contains the small text rules. Surrounding everything are two thin borders, between which, on the bottom edge, is the name of the lithographer.

3.	[Bookplate by William Walker Alexander]	Black ink on cream paper, depicting a satyr playing reed pipes in a field with some flowers, surrounded by wildlife (moose, rabbit, squirrel, beaver, birds). There is a forest and water nearby, and signs of human life (tent, canoe). Pictured within a circular frame, with ribbon and text, and a crow standing on a branch at the very top looking down.

4.	[Bookplate for Alexander Fawcett Reid]	In black ink on white paper with visible chain and laid lines, a decorative border surrounds the image of a ship.

5.	[Bookplate for Alton Goldbloom]	Black and gold ink on cream paper. Art deco stylized capitalized font printed a top an image of a baby emerging from the torso up out of a gold, three-petal flower. Black stripes of alternating thick and thin width appear behind the baby. The vertical stem of the flower has a gold centre and two leaves, one on each side of the stem, that are half black and half gold. The stem expands in width at the base and capitalized font is written in the non-printed space at the black base. Black ink capitalized font is written below.

6.	[Bookplate for Andrew J. Kirpatrick]	Black ink on white paper. The bookplate has a thick black border with a thin inner white border. The bookplate is divided into two parts: the larger part has black corners that round on the inside. A thistle is printed in white on each corner. There is a white border with a thin black border inside it. At the top, a banner with curling ends sweeps across the bookplate. On the banner, the motto is printed in capitalized, black, serif font. Below the ribbon, an armoured arm extends from a crest-wreath. The right hand is clutching a dagger with the blade pointing to the left. Plants with leaves and berries on a branch extend from the left and right-hand sides of the bookplates. Below that image, there is a white horizontal rectangle with a thin black border. Inside the rectangle, the bookplate owner’s name is printed in cramped, stylized, large, black block font.

7.	[Bookplate for Arthur Richard Springett]	In black ink on white paper, this bookplate consists of a shield or escutcheon Gules (red) party per fess wavy with three crescents, two over one, Argent (silver). The closed, barred helm in profile toward the dexter half bears a crest of a displayed eagle upon a nowed snake in a figure eight and a straight wreath. The helm is surrounded by mantling. Below the escutcheon, a banner bears the motto 'MEMOR ET FIDELIS' [Latin: Mindful and Faithful].

8.	[Bookplate for Castle Lending Library]	The name of the lending library is in large bold letters at the top of the bookplate, and underneath is listed the address, hours, and telephone number. Underneath this text block there is a thick black line, and a listing of the terms, time limit and renewal conditions. Underneath this is a single black line, the words 'Please Protect Your Book in Wet Weather' and another single black line. At the bottom of the bookplate is space for the library to stamp a return date.

9.	[Bookplate for Cosmo Nevill]	This heraldic bookplate consists of an escutcheon, divided per cross. Quarters one and four are gules (red), charged with a saltier, ermine (fur, white powdered with black tufts). Quarters two and three are argent (silver), with a fretty of eight pieces, gules. Quarters two and three have a canton at dexter chief, divided per pale, or (gold) and argent, charged with a galley with three masts. Above the primary escutcheon is a grated helmet at three-quarters profile (denoting a degree of peerage under a duke). Above the helmet is a straight wreath charged with a ducal coronet around an ox head, erased and ermine. Radiating from the helmet and escutcheon is elaborate mantling. Beneath the escutcheon is a banner, with Latin motto within.

10.	[Bookplate for David Hodgson]	In black ink, a oval belt/garter provides the border. Within is a dove on a straight crest wreath with an olive branch in its beak. The belt contains the English motto.

11.	[Bookplate for Dickens Fellowship]	This pictorial bookplate features green ink on green paper. Morning-glories create a floral frame to the text, at the bottom of which is a picture of Dickens.

12.	[Bookplate for Drysdale’s Lending Library by W. Drysdale & Co.]	Black ink on cream paper. An ornate border surrounds text printed in multiple fonts. The book number is left blank.

13.	[Bookplate for Dundas Public Library]	Black ink on brown paper. A border made up of pommy crosses houses the name of the library and its borrowing policies. The title of the library is printed in Germanic text, and beneath it is a double-lined, horizontal divider. In the bottom half of the plate is printed the borrowing policy.

14.	[Bookplate for E. J. Hodgson]	Black ink on cream paper. The crest features a bird perched on a crest-wreath. The bird has elaborate head and tail feathers and is holding a leafy branch in its beak. Curling, leafy mantling surrounds the shield, which is divided per chevron engrailed. The top portion of the shield is argent with sable dots and charged with two trussed sable striped birds. The bottom portion of the shield is sable striped and is charged with a trussed argent bird with sable dots. Below the shield, the motto is printed on a ribbon with curling ends. The mottos is written in black, capitalized, sans serif font. The last s in “SPES” has been thickened by hand. Below the motto, the bookplate owner’s name is printed in black, sentence case, stylized gothic font with curling spirals.

15.	[Bookplate for Emil Eerme and A. Lavdovsky by O. Kubse]	Night scene of human figure seated and reading in front of a tree by the light of the moon. An owl sits on a branch near the top of the tree, outlined by the moon. Another tree is present in the background. Text appears along right side and bottom. Image is set in a double border.

16.	[Bookplate for Emily Ogden Wheeler]	Printed in brown ink on white or cream paper the bookplate consists of a border of four thin branches bearing leaves and buds. Wrapped around the top and bottom branches are banners bearing the quotation 'DREAMS BOOKS ARE EACH A WORLD AND BOOKS / WE KNOW ARE A SUB-STANTIAL WORLD.' In the center of the border appears the name of the owner.

17.	[Bookplate for Frances Radbill and Frederick Starr]	Bookplate consists of two Japanese figures in traditional Japanese dress and style. Female on the right has a robe of flowers and flowers in hair. Cherry branch in background. A Japanese lantern is placed below bookplate image and text at bottom left. Bookplate is in colour.

18.	[Bookplate for Francis J. Audet]	Black ink on white paper. The shield is black at the top with an open book in the center and a fleur-de-lis on either side. The main part of the shield is charged with a lion rampant. Below the lion is a branch with three give-pointed leaves. The motto is printed on a banner below the shield in capitalized, black font. Underneath the motto is cursive black font in various sizes.

19.	[Bookplate for Frederick Starr]	In black ink. Image of a small bird perched on a cherry tree branch. Japanese characters in the to right and bottom left corners.

20.	[Bookplate for Frederick Starr]	In black ink. Image of a cherry tree branch in bloom. Japanese characters in the top right and bottom left corners.
